PSA 2025 Annual Meeting
July 14-17, 2025 (Raleigh, NC) – The Poultry Science Association (PSA) 2025 Annual Meeting & Scientific Conference concluded in Raleigh, North Carolina, marking another milestone in the association’s mission to advance poultry science discovery, dissemination, and application. Over 1,200 attendees, including researchers, educators, students, and industry professionals, gathered for four days of cutting-edge science, professional development, and meaningful collaboration.
Under the leadership of Program Chair Laura Ellestad from the University of Georgia, the meeting featured a robust scientific program with nearly 600 accepted abstracts, comprising 398 oral presentations, 128 posters, and 70 in-depth reports across 12 symposia. Key themes included avian influenza, immunology, genetics, reproduction, nutrition, gut health, processing innovations, and smart farming technologies. Each oral session was enriched with insights from invited keynote speakers providing critical context and broader perspectives.
