Phytase

Phytase is derived from Aspergillus Niger through submerged liquid fermentation and ultrafiltration. Phytate can be degraded into inositol and phosphoric acid by Phytase. It plays an essential role in reducing phosphorus usage as an environmentally friendly enzyme preparation. Since it is a new type of food additive, using phytase can improve the absorption of minerals in the human body and upgrade traditional food processing technologies. At the same time, this enzyme has been widely used in the feed, pharmaceutical, and alcohol industry.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Phytase can hydrolyze inositol hexaphosphate (IP6, phytate) step by step into five different intermediates: inositol pentaphosphate (IP5), inositol tetraphosphate (IP4), inositol triphosphate (IP3), inositol diphosphate (IP2) and inositol monophosphate (IP1). Under the action of phytase, phytate is finally hydrolyzed into inositol and phosphorus, which can eliminate the inhibitory effect of phytate on protease, avoid the formation of starch-protein-phytate complex, and reduce the waste of raw materials.
