CHANASE™ Acid Beta-Mannanase HT is a thermostable product developed by Challenge Group. It adopts liquid submerged fermentation technology and excellent post-processing technology, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high activity, high stability and high efficiency.


Acid Beta-Mannanase HT can specifically decompose mannan in feed materials and release mannan oligosaccharides, which can not only reduce intestinal chyme viscosity, improve the utilization efficiency of soybean meal, cottonseed meal and palm meal, but also promote the proliferation of intestinal beneficial microorganisms, so as to maintain intestinal health and improve animal performance.

1. Effectively degrade anti-nutritional factors (β-mannan) in feed, reduce the viscosity of intestinal chyme, and improve feed utilization.

2. Degrade β-mannan into MOS, improve gastrointestinal microbial flora, enhance the integrity of intestinal mucosa, and improve animal production performance.

3. Improve the utilization of unconventional feed protein raw materials, reduce the usage of soybean meal, and save formula cost.


Recommended dosage: 500-2,000 U/kg of complete feed, included either directly or via a premix.
