Glucoamylase

Glucoamylase is obtained by controlled fermentation of Aspergillus Niger. It is widely used in brewery and manufacture of starch sugar, alcohol, gourmet powder, antibiotics, etc.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Glucoamylase can hydrolyze α-1,4 glucosidic bonds from the non-reducing end of starch to generate glucose, and can also slowly hydrolyze α-1,6 glucosidic bonds to generate glucose. At the same time, it can also hydrolyze the non-reducing end of dextrin and glycogen to release β-D-glucose.
