Alpha-Amylase

Alpha-amylase is derived from the excellent Bacillus subtilis strain screened by Beijing Challenge Group Research Institute. Through liquid submerged fermentation and various modern bioengineering techniques, α-amylase has the characteristics of high activity, high stability and high degradation, and is a high-efficiency feed enzyme preparation for the gastrointestinal digestive system of livestock and poultry.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Alpha-amylase can hydrolyze the α-1.4-glucosidic bonds in starch molecules, degrade starch into short-chain dextrins, oligosaccharides and a small amount of maltose and glucose, so that the viscosity of starch decreases rapidly. Alpha-amylase has been widely used in the production of feed, beer, monosodium glutamate and other fermentation industries.
