Pectinase

Pectinase is a multi-component enzyme preparation developed by Challenge Group for non-starch polysaccharides. This product adopts liquid submerged fermentation technology and excellent post-processing technology, and has the characteristics of high activity, high stability and high efficiency.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Pectinase can rapidly degrade pectin molecules, destroying cell wall structures and releasing more nutrients. Pectinase works synergistically with other non-starch polysaccharide enzyme systems to efficiently cleave pectin molecules and reduce the viscosity of chyme, thereby improving the utilization rate of feed nutrients.

Product Specifications:

Enzyme activity: 10,000U/g, 30,000U/g
