Betaine

Betaine is a quaternary ammonium alkaloid found in sugar beet molasses. It is an intermediate product of animal metabolism, which can provide methyl group, regulate osmotic pressure, promote fat metabolism and protein synthesis. Betaine is currently widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, additives, chemical reagents, chemical raw materials, livestock and poultry breeding, aquaculture and other fields.

PRODUCT DETAILS

In livestock and poultry breeding, betaine can be used in combination with anticoccidial drugs to enhance the efficacy of anticoccidial drugs. In addition, betaine also has the functions of promoting animal growth, reducing fat deposition, enhancing anti-stress ability and improving animal production performance. In aquaculture, betaine is an ideal feed attractant, which can improve the palatability and utilization of feed. Therefore, betaine has been widely used in various animal compound feeds as a new multifunctional feed additive.
